Since 1981, Dr. Therese A. Rando and a dedicated staff of experienced and licensed clinicians have offered professional outpatient mental health services for a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to:

Types of Treatment
We offer an assortment of treatment modalities. Everyone's treatment is tailored to meet his or her specific needs. Among the possibilities are:
- Individual counseling (adults, adolescents, children)
- Couple counseling
- Family counseling
- Parent-child counseling
- Group counseling
Our counselors are trained in a number of clinical approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). They will assess your situation to determine the best ways to help you meet your goals.
